AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FF~NCI.SC-~) AMENDING BUILDING CODE ORD-
INANCE NO. 691-75, AS AMENDED
THE Cl7~¢ COUNCIL OF THE C1~¢ OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. AMENDMENT OF SECTION I01.
Section I01 of the Uniform Building Code, 1973 Edition, adopted
by Building Code Ordinance No. 691.75, as Amended, is hereby amended to
read:

SECTION 2. AMENDMENT OF SECTION 205 - VIOLATION AND PENALTIES.
Section 205 of ,he Uniform Building Code, 1973 Edi,ion, adopted
by Building Code Ordinance No. 591-75, as Amended, is hereby amended to
read:
SECTION 205. VIOLATION AND PENALTIES.
I, shall be unlawful for any person, firm
or corporation to al,er, repair, move, improve,
remove, convert, or demolish, equip, use, occupy
or main,ain any building or s,ructure in ,he
City, or cause the same to be done, con,rary
to or in viola, ion of any of ,he provisions
of ,his Code.
Any person, firm or corpora, ion violating

any of the provisions of this Code shall be
deemed guilty of an infraction, and each
such person shall be deemed guilty of a
separate offense for each and every day or
portion thereof during which any violation
of any of the provisions of this Code
is committed, continuing or permitted, and
upon conviction of such violation such per-
son shall be punishable by a fine of not
less than Fifty dollars ($50) and not ex-
ceeding Five hundred dollars
SECTION 3. AMENDMENT OF TABLE 3-A.
Table 3-A, set forth in Section 30~(a) of the Uniform Building
Code Ordinance No. 691-75, as Amended, is hereby amended to read:

Inspection for which no fee is specifically indicated,
$15.00 per hour (.minimum charge, one half (I/2) hour),
4. Additional plan review required by changes, additions
or revisions to approved plan, $15,00 per hour (minimum
charge, one half (I/2) hour).
SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE AND PUBLICATION
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (50) days

after the date of final passage and adoption, The City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published
In the Enterprise-Journal as required by law.
