AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4.121(c) OF ORDINANCE NO.
353, ADOPTED AUGUST 10,~1954,.AS AMENDED,.ENTITLED
"ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF sOUTH SAN FRANCISCO"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
AMENDMENT OF SECTION 4.121(c) OF ORDINANCE NO. 353, AS
AMENDED.
Section 4,121(c) of Ordinance No. 353, adopted August 10, 1954, as
amended, entitled "Z~ning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco" is
hereby amended to read:
4.121 Residential Use Types
(c) Dwelling, Multiple
Family
Parking Spaces~Required
Bachelor and one (1) bedroom apart-
ments, one and one-quarter (1¼)
spaces with at least one (1) space
covered; two (2) bedroom apartments,
one and one-half (1½) spaces for each
unit with at least one {1) space
covered; three (3) or more bedroom
apartments, one and three quarters
(1-3/4) spaces per unit with at least
one (1) space covered.
sECTION 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be published once in the Enterprise-Journal,
a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South San Francisco, as
required by law, and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after
its adoption.
