AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 353~ AS ~.IENDED, ENTITLED
"ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO"
AND ESTABLISHING AN RPD-q0 RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT.
(Northeasterly cornem of Willow and Grand Avenues).
THE CITY.COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Amendment of SeCtion 2.2 and Zoning Map:
Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No. 353~ as amended, entitled
*'Zonin~ Ordinance of The City of'Sou%h San FranciscO," passe~
and adopted August 10~ 195g, and "Zoning Map of the CiTy of
South San Francisco, California," dated ~{arch 1~ 1961, adopted
March 5, 1962~ as amended,, are hereby amended so That the
'property hereinafter described in Section III shall be estab-
lished as an RPDk~0 Residential Planned DevelopmenT.
'SECTION II. Delineation of Zoning Map:
The designation, location and boundary of The p~ope_~Ty
herein zoned and hereinafter more particularly described
be deIineated upon the map entitled "Zoning Map of ~he City of
SouTh San Francisco ~ California, as amended, da~ed March 1
1961, adopted March 5, 1962.
SECTION III. EsTablishment of Zoning Classification:
The following-described property is hereby zoned and
established as an RPD-~0 Residential Planned Development:

This Ordinance shall be published once as required by
law, and shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days
from and after its adoption.
