AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 353, AS ~,~ENDED, ENTITLED~
"ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO"
AND ESTABLISHING C-0 COMMERCIAL .OFFICE ZONE DISTRICT
(SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER -OF EL CAMIN0 REAL AND WESTBOROUGH
BOULEVARD)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES
ORDAIN AS FoLLows:
SECTION I. Amendment of Section 2.2 and Zo~inK Map:
Subsection 2.2 of.O~d~nance No. 353, as amended, entitled
"Zoning Omdinance of The City of Sou~h San Francisco," passed
and adopted August 10, 195q, and "Zoning Map of the City of
South San Fmancisco, CalifoPnia," dated MaPch 1~ 1961, adopted
Mamch 5, 1962, as amended, ape hereby.amended so that The
'p~ope~ty he~einaftem descmibed in Section III shall be estab-
lished as a C-0'CommePcial 0ffiee' Zone DistPict.
'SECTION II. Delineation of Zonln~ Map:
The designation, location and boundary of the pmope~ty
hemein zoned and he~einaftem mome paPticulamly descm~bed shall
be'deI~neated upon the map entitled "ZoninE Map of the City of
South San F~ancisco~ Califomnia," as a~ended~ dated Ma~eh 1~
1961, .adopted Ma~ch 5, 1962.
SECTION III. Establishment of Zonin~ Classification:
The followin~-descmibed p~opemty is hereby zoned and
established as C-0 CommePcial Office Zone DistPict:

SECTION IV. Publication and Effective Date:
This Ordinance shall be published once as required by
