AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AMENDING BUILDING CODE ORDINANCE 691-75, AS
AMENDED (TABLE NO. 3-A).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCI'SCO DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF TABLE 3-A.
Table 3-A, set forth in Section 303(a) of the Uniform Building Code
Ordinance No. 691-75, as amended, is hereby amended to read:
SECTION 303(a) - TABLE NO. 3-A - BUILDING PERMIT FEES

$501.00 to $2,000.00
$2,001.00 to $25,000.00
Fee

- $10.00 for the first $500.00 plus
$1.50 for each additional $100.00
or fraction thereof, to and includ-
ing $2,000.00
- $32.50 for the first $2,000.00
plus $6.00 for each additional
$1,000.00 or fraction thereof, to
and including $25,000.00
- $170.50 for the first $25,000.00
plus $4.50 for each additional
$1,000.00 or fraction thereof, to

Other Inspections and Fees:
1. Inspections outside of normal business hours, $15.00 per hour
(minimum charge - two (2) hours).
2. Reinspection fee assessed under provisions of Section 304(f),
$15.00 each.
3. Inspection for which no fee is specifically indicated, $15.00
per hour (minimum charge, one-half (½) hour).
4. Additional plan review required by changes, additions or revi-
sions to approved plan, $15.00 per hour (minimum charge, one-
half (½) hour).
SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE AND PUBLICATION.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days from
and after the date of final passage and adoption. The City Clerk shall
certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published in the Enterprise-Journal as required by law.

Francisco at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco this 16th day of August ,
19 78, by the following vote:

Damonte. Terry J. Mirri; and Councilwoman Roberta Cerri Teglia
