AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. B53, AS ~IENDED, ENTITLED
"ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO"
AND ESTABLISHING RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - 5
(RPD-5) ZONE DISTRICT (Westborough ~B and 4C).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0F SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Amendment of Section 2.2 and Zoning Map:
Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No. 353, as amended,, entitled
"Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco," passed
and adopted August 10, 1954, and "Zoning Map of the City of
South San FPancisco, CalifoPnia," dated MaPch 1~ 1961, adopted
MaPch 5, 1962, as amended, ape hePeby amended so that the
pPopePty hePeinafteP descPibed in Section III shall be estab-
lished as a Residential Planned Development - 5 (RPD-5) Zone
District.
SECTION II. Delineation of Zoning Map:
The designation, location and boundaPy of the propePty
hePein zoned and hePainafter more particulamly ·descPibed shall
be deIineated upon the map entitled "Zoning Map of the City of
South San FPancisco, California, as amended, dated March 1,
1961, adopted March 5, 1962.
SECTION III. Establishment of Zoning ClassifiCation:
The following-described prope-oty is hereby zoned and
established as Residential Planned Development - 5 (RPD-5) Zone
District:

SECTION IV. ~ublication and Effective Date:
This Ordinance shall be published once as required by
law, and shall take effect and be in force thirty.(30)days
from and after its adoption.
