AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 353, AS AMENDED~ ENTITLED
"ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO"
AND ESTABLISHING A C-0 COMMERCIA[ OFFICE ZSN£-DISTRICI
THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'THE CITY OF 'SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Amendment of Section 2.2 and Zoning Map:
Subsection 2.2 of 0Tdinanae No. 353, as. amended, entitled
"Zoning 0Tdinance of the City of South San FTancisco~" passed
and adopted August 10~ 195q, and "Zoning Map of the City of
South San FTancismo, California," dated Match 1, 1961, adopted
MaPch 5, 1952~ as amended~ ape hePeby amended so that the
pPopePty hePeinafter descTibed in Section III shall be estab-
lished as a C-0 C°mmercJa] 0ffJce Zone District.
SECTION II. Delineation of Zoning Map:
The designation~ location and boundaPy of the pPopeTty
herein zoned and heTeinafteP mote paTticulaPly descTibed shall
be deIineated upon the map entitled "Zoning Map of the City of
South San FPancisco, CalifoPnia~" as amended, dated MaPch 1,
1961, adopted Match 5, 1962. 4
SECTION III. Establishment of Zoning Classification:
The following-descPibed property is hereby zoned and
established as a C-0 C0~merc~a] Zone D~str~ct:

The parcels zoned as C-O DiStricts herein are designated on this plat
by cro'ss~at6h'ing and are also known as Assessors Parcels 011-313J080,

SECTION IV. Publication and Effective Date:
This Ordinance shall be published once as required by
law, and shall take effect and be in. force thirty (30) days
from and after its adoption.
