CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Motion to approve the Ininutes of July 12, 2006
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of July 26,2006 in the amount of$536,149.16
3. Resolution No. 12-2006, rejecting bid for the 380 Alta Vista rehabilitation project
4. Resolution atnending the Redeveloplnent Agency By-Laws, Section 3.02, Regular
Meeting
Boardmember Gonzalez requested the item be pulled from the Consent Calendar for
discussion.
Motion-Garbarino/Second-Gonzalez: To approve Consent Calendar Item Nos. 1, 2, and
3. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
Item No.4: Boardmelnber Gonzalez asked for clarification on why the second regular Inonthly
meeting was being canceled and Boardmember Matsumoto explained that boardmembers
were being compensated for conducting non-essential business (roll call, minutes and
claims). She fmiher stated that special meetings can still be scheduled if there is
additional business that warrants a meeting on the fourth Wednesday of the month.
Motion-Garbarino/Second-Gonzalez: To approve Resolution No. 13-2006, atnending
Section 3.02 of the bylaws of the Redeveloplnent Agency of the City of South San
Francisco related to scheduling of regular Inonthly Ineetings. Unanilnously approved by
voice vote.
