Under Oral Communications at the beginning of the meeting, persons desiring to address the Committee on any subject not on the Agenda will be given five (5) minutes to present their item. If you wish to speak, please fill out a card (available from the Clerk) and return it as soon as possible to the Clerk with the required information. Your name will be announced for the record when it is your turn. For business items on the agenda, the Committee may limit the amount of time the person may present their proposal to the Committee to 20 minutes. Questions from Committee members will be allowed by using additional time to respond to the questions. It is asked that no new items will be discussed after 8:00 pm. When the Committee is not in session, please contact the Engineering Division at the City Hall Permit Center at 315 Maple Avenue or telephone at (650) 829-6652, e-mail at [email protected].
