AH~:NDING ORDINANCE N0. 353, AS AHENDI;D, };NTITLED
"ZONING ORDINANCI: OF TIIE CITY OF SOUTII SAN FRANCISCO"
AND ESTABI,ISI]ING A C-1 DISTRICT AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER
OF EL CAMIN0 REAL AND PONDEROSA ROAD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF Tile CITY OF' SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Amendment of Section 2.2 and Zoning Map:
Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No. 353~ as amended, entitled
"Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco," passed
and adopted August 10~ 195B, and "Zoning Map of the City of
SouTh San F~ancisco, California~" dated March 1~ 19~1, adopted
l~arch 5> 1962, as amended~ are hereby amended so that the
property herein, a_f.ter described in Section .III shall be estab-
lished as a Neigh..borhood Commercial District or C-1 District.
'SECTION II. Delineation o~ Zoning Map:
The designation, location and boundary of the property
herein zoned and hereinafter more particularly described shall
be deIineated upon the map entitled "Zoning Map of the City of
South San Fran~isco~ California," as amended, dated March 1,
1961, adopted March 5, 1962.
SECTION III. Establishment of Zoning Classification:
The following-described property is hereby zoned and
established as a Neighborhood Commercial District or C-1 District.

SECTION IV.
Publication and Effective Date:
This Ordinance shall be pub].ished once as required by
law, and shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days
from and after its adoption.
