AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
PREZONING A DESIGNATED PORTION OF THE COUNTRY
CLUB PARK AREA AS A RURAL ESTATES ZONE (RZ-80-61)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. PREZONING OF LANDS TO BE ANNEXED.
The City Council, having under consideration annexation of the parcel
hereinafter described, does hereby exercise its powers under Government Code
Section 65859 and does hereby prezone the parcel described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, same being a designated portion of the Country Club Park
area, as a R-E Rural Estates Zone District.
SECTION II. DELINEATION OF ZONING MAP.
The designation, location and boundary of the property, herein
prezoned and hereinafter more particularly described, shall be delineated
upon the map entitled: "Zoning Map of the City of South San Francisco,
California," as amended, dated March l, 1961, adopted March 5, 1962.
SECTION III. ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONING CLASSIFICATION.
The crosshatched area on Exhibit "A" attached hereto describes the
property which is hereby prezoned and established as a R-E Rural Estates
Zone District.
SECTION IV. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be published once in the Enterprise-Journal,
a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South San Francisco,
as required by law, and shall b~come effective thirty (30) days from
and after adoption.
