AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 603,
THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, AS AMENDED
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
AMENDMENT OF SECTION 6.03(g) OF ORDINANCE NO. 6Q3,
THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO, AS AMENDED.
Section 6.03(g) of Ordinance No. 603, the Subdivision Ordinance of
the City of South San Francisco, as amended, is hereby amended to read as
fol lows:
6.03(g)
AMOUNT OF FEE IN LIEU OF LAND DEDICATION.
Where a fee is required to be paid in lieu of land
dedication, the amount of such fee to be paid to the Building
Division prior to the issuance of a building permit shall be
based upon the following:
Number of Bedrooms per Unit
One bedroom/studio
Two bedrooms
Three or more bedrooms
Fee per Unit
$400
$500

SECTION 2, DELETION OF SECTION 6.03(h) OF ORDINANCE NO. 603,
AS AMENDED.
Section 6.03(h) of Ordinance No. 603, the Subdivision Ordinance of
the City of South San Francisco, as amended, is hereby deleted.
SECTION 3. RENUMBERING OF SUB-PARAGRAPHS 6.03(i), (3.) AND (k)
OF ORDINANCE NO. 603, AS AMENDED.
Sub-paragraphs 603(i'), (j) and (k) of Ordinance No. 603, the Subdivision
Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco, as amended, are hereby changed
to sub-paragraphs 6.03(h), (i) and (j) respectively.

SECTION 4. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be published once in the "Enterprise Journal,"
a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South San Francisco, as
required by law, and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after
its adoption.
