AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 353,
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO, AS AMENDED
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF SECTION 6.66(7) OF ORDINANCE NO. 353,
AS AMENDED.
Section 6.66(7) of Ordinance No. 353, the Zoning Ordinance of the City
of South San Francisco, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows:
6.66(7) PARK FEES
For any new dwelling unit which has not been required
to provide either park dedication or an in lieu park dedication
fee under the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of South San
Francisco, a fee shall be paid to the Building Division prior
to the issuance of a Building Permit based upon the following
schedule:
Number of Bedrooms per Unit Fee Per Unit
1 Bedroom or studio $400
2 Bedrooms $500
3 or more bedrooms $600
SECTION 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ord!nance shall be published once in the "Enterprise Journal,"
a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South San Francisco, as
required by law, and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after
its adoption.
