AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 353, AS ~ENDED, ENTITLED
"ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO"
AND ESTABLISHING 'A C-3 DISTRICT ON A PORTION OF THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF NORTH SPRUCE AVE. AND HILLSIDE BLVD.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Amendment of Section 2.2 and ZoJing Map:
Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No. 3537 as amended7 entitled
"Zoning Ordinance of The City of South San Francisco," passed
and adopted August 10, 1954, and "Zoning Map of the City of
South SaH Francisco, California," dated March 17 1961, adopted
March 5, t962, as amended, are hereby amended so that the
propemty hePeinaftep described in Section III shall be estab-
lished'as a Heavy Commercial Zone District or C-3 District.
SECTION II. Delineation of Zoning Map:
The designation, location and boundary of the property
herein zoned and hereinafter more particularly described shall
be delineated, upon the map entitled "Zoning Map of the City of
South~San Francisco, California," as amended, dated March 1,
1961~.'.~dopted March 5, 1962.
SECTION ~II.' Establishment of Zoning Classification:
The following-described property is hereby zoned and
established as a Heavy Commercial Zone District or C-3 District.

SECTION IV. Publication and Effective Date:
This Ordinance shall be published once as required by
law, and shall take effect and be in force thirty (20) days
from and after its adoption.
