AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 253, AS ~IENDED, ENTITLED
"ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO"
AND ESTABLISHING A "R-I" SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Amendment of Section 2~.2 and Zoning Map:
Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No. 353, as amended, entitled
"Zoning OPdinanae of the City of South San FrancisCo," passed
and adopted August 10, 1954, and "Zoning Map of the City of
South SaH Francisco, California," dated March 1, 1951, adopted
March 5, tgG2, as amended, are hereby amended so ~hat the
property hereinafter described in Section III shall be estab-
lished as'a "R-l" Sinq]e Family Residential Zone.
'SECTION II. Delineation of Zoning Map:
The designation, location and boundary of ~he property
herein zoned and hePeinafter more particularly described shall
be deIineated upon the map entitled "Zoning Map of the City of
South'·'San Francisco, California," as amended, dated March 1,
1961~dopted March 5, 1962.
SECTION ~II.~ Establishment of Zoning Classification:
The follOWing-described property is hereby zoned and
established as a "R-I" Single Family Residential Zone.

This Ordinance shall be published once as required by
law, and shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days
from and after its adoption.
