AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 353, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED
"ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO"
AND ESTABLISHING A "C-l" NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
ON CERTAIN PROPERTIES GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTHWEST OF MISSION
ROAD, NORTHEAST OF ANTOINETTE LANE AND NORTHWEST OF CHESTNUT
AVENUE FROM "U" UNCLASSIFIED
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Amendment of Section 2.2 and Zoning Map:
Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No. 353, as amended, entitled
"Zoning O~dinance of the City of South San Francisco," passed
and adopted August 10, 1954, and "Zoning Map of the City of
South Sa~ Francisco, California," dated March 1, 1961, adopted
March 5, -1962, as amended, are hereby amended so that the
property hereinafter described in Section III shall be estab-
lished as a 1 Neiqhborhood Commercial District.
SECTION II. ~Delineation of Zoning Map:
The designation, location and boundary of the property
herein zoned and hereinafter more particularly desemibed shall
be deiineated upon the map entitled "Zoning Map of the City of
South's'San Francisco, California," as amended, dated March 1,
1961,.;~dopted March 5, 1962.
SECTION ~II.' Establishment of Zoning Classification:
The follo~ing-described property is hereby zoned and
established as ."C-l" Neighborhood Commercial District.

AMENDMENT OF ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF.
This Zoning Map is adopted as part of Ordinance No. 855-81 , which amends Ordinance
No. 353 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco, California.

SECTION IV. Publication and Effective Date:
This Ordinance shall be published once as required by
law, and shall take effec~ and be in force thirty (20) days
from and after its adoption.
