If this is the first time you have been to a Committee meeting, please read the following procedures.
Under Oral Communications at the beginning of the meeting agenda, please see updated procedures for
submitting public comment via teleconference or ahead of the meeting.
For business items on the agenda, the Committee may limit the amount of time the person may present their
proposal to the Committee to 20 minutes. Questions from Committee members will be allowed by using
additional time to respond to the questions. It is asked that no new items will be discussed after 8:00 pm.
