AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 253, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED
"ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO"
AND ESTABLISHING A "C-I" NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
ON CERTAIN DEVELOPED PROPERTIES, INCLUDING 269, 301, 321-333,
415, 551-555 AND 585 EL CAMINO REAL GENERALLY BETWEEN PONDEROSA
ROAD AND HAZELWOOD DRIVE FROM "U" UNCLASSIFIED
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Amendment of Section 2.2 and ZoJing Map:
Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No. 252, as amended, entitled
"Zoning OPdinance of the City of South San Francisco," passed
and adopted August 10, 1954, and "Zoning Map of the City of
South SaH Francisco, California," dated March 1, 1961, adopted
March 5, i962, as amended, are hereby amended so that the
prope~t_y hereinafter described in Section III shall be estab-
iished as a "C-]" Neighborhood C0mmercia] District.
SECTION II. Delineation of Zoning Map:
The designation, location and boundary of the property
herein zoned and hereinafter more particularly described shall
be deIineated upon the map entitled "Zoning Map of the City of
South'/San Francisco, California," as amended, dated March 1,
1961~,~dopted March 5, 1962.
SECTION ~II.' Establishment of Zoning Classification:
The follOWing-described property is hereby zoned and
established as a "C-]" Neighborhood C0mmercia] District.

SECTION IV. Publication and Effective Date:
This Ordinance shall be published once as required by
law, and shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days
from and after its adoption.
