AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3S3, AS 7P~ENDED, ENTITLED
"ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO"
AND ESTABLISHING A "R-3" MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
ON CERTAIN DEVELOPED PROPERTIES, INCLUDING 316, 32~, 338, 358 AND
362 ALIDA WAY, GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE EASTERLY SIDE OF ALIDA WAY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Amendment of Section'2.2 and ZoJing Map:
Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No. 255, as amended, entitled
"Zoning O~dinanee of the City of South San. Francisco," passed
and adopted August 10, 1954, and "Zoning Map of the City of
South Sa~ Francisco, California," dated March 1, 1961, adopted
Mamch S, %962, as amended, ape hereby amended so that the
property ~ereinafter descmibed in Section III shall be estab-
~ished'as'a "R-3" Multiple Family Residential District.
SECTION II. Delineation of Zoning Map:
The designation, location and boundary of the property
herein zoned and hereinafter more particularly described shall
be deiineated upon the map entitled "Zoning Map of the City of
Sou%h'/San Frane{sco, California," as amended, dated March 1~
1961~dopted March 5, 1962.
SECTION ~II~ Establishment of Zoning Classification:
The foll~%~ing-described property is hereby zoned and
established aS a "R-3" Multiple Family Residential..District.

SECTION IV. Publication and Effective Date:
This Ordinance shall be published once as required by
law, and shall take effect and be in force thirty (20) days
from and after its adoption.
Introduced this 3rd

Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco this ]7th day of
June , 19 8] , by the following vote:
