AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 353, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED
"ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO"
AND ESTABLISHING A "RPD-6 RESIDENTIAL PLANNED ZONE. DISTRICT
ON CERIAIN PROPERTY (COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE EL RANCHO DRIVE-IN
THEATRE SITE)
THE CITY.COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Amendment of Section 2.2 and ZoJing Map:
Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No. 252, as amended, entitled
"Zoning O~dinance of the City of South San Francisco," passed
and adopted August 10, 1954, and "Zoning Map of the City of
South Sa~ Francisco, California," dated March 1, 1961, adopted
March 5~ %962, as amended, are hereby amended so that the
property ~ereinafter described in Section III shall be estab-
lished as a "RPD-6" Residential Planned Development Zone District.
SECTION II. Delineation of Zoning Map:
The designation, location and boundary of the property
herein zoned and hereinafter more particularly described shall
be delineated upon the map entitled "Zoning Map of the City of
South's'San Franc{soo, California," as amended, dated March 1,
1961~,~dopted March 5, 1962.
SECTION ~II. Establishment of Zoning Classification:
The foll~:wing-described property is hereby zoned and
established as ?RPD-6" Residential Planned Development~Zone DiStrict.

SECTION IV. Publication and Effective Date:
This Ordinance shall be published once as required by
law, and shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days
from and after its adoption.
