AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 353,
ENTITLED, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO (BUILDING HEIGHTLIMIT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF SECTION 4.45 OF ORDINANCE NO. 353, AS AMENDED.
Section 4.45 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco,
Ordinance No. 353, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"4.45 Building Height Limit
Fifty (50) feet provided that additional height may be permitted
if a Use Permit is obtained."
SECTION 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be published once in the Enterprise-Journal, a news-
paper of general circulation in the City of South San Francisco, as required
by law, and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.
