HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 874-1981ORDINANCE NO. 874-81 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 861 KNOWN AS THE "SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO" THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF SECTION 12.0lb OF ORDINANCE NO. 861 Section 12.0lb of the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco, O~dinance No. 861, adopted May 21, 1981, is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 12. MINOR SUBDIVISION PROCEDURE. 12.01 FILING b. In accordance with Government Code Section 66428, the requirement for a parcel map may be waived by the Planning Com- mission if it finds that the proposed division of land complies with such requirements as may be established by the Subdivision Map Act or the provisions herein or other relevant local Ordi- nances as to area, improvement and design, flood water drainage control, appropriate improved public roads, sanitary disposal facilities, water supply availability and environmental protec- tion and other requirements of the Subdivision Map Act and this Ordinance. In the event the requirement of such parcel map is waived, in accordance with Government Code Section 66428, a tentative map shall be required." SECTION 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall be published once in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South san Francisco, as re- quired by law, and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.
