AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 353,
ENTITLED, "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO," AS AMENDED BY ORDI-
NANCE NO. 552, AND THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 20.80.070
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
AMENDMENT OF SECTION 6.25(a)1 of ORDINANCE NO. 353,
AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 552, AND SECTION 20.80.070.A.1
OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE
Section 6.25(a)1 of Ordinance No. 353, as amended by Ordinance No.
552, and Section 20.80.070.A.1 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code
are hereby amended to read as follows:
"1. Continue the hearing and request a supplemental report from
the Planning Commission or Director of Community Development, in which
event the City Council may extend the time for rendering the decision as
set forth in Section 20.80.060C an additional thirty (30) days."
SECTION 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be published once in the Enterprise-Journal,
a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South San Francisco, as
required by law, and shall become effective thirty (30) days after its
adoption.
Introduced this '2nd day of December , 1981.
Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco this 16th day of December , 1981, by the following vote:
