1. ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS
1) Welcome New Committee Member Yip
BPAC welcomed its newest Committee Member, Darryl Yip. Darryl is a longtime resident of SSF and was appointed to
BPAC in October. Committee Member Yip works as a Transportation Planner in San Francisco (SFMTA). Committee
Members offered the warm welcome and look forward to developing good working relationships with Committee
Member Yip.

2) Every Kid Deserves a Bike Program and School Travel Fellowship Updates
Management Fellow, Tamiko Huey informed BPAC that the City was awarded the grant to pursue the Safe Routes to
School Travel Fellowship! Additional information on the next steps will be determined in the new year including support
from Alta Planning on identifying projects to increase safety and encourage kids to safely bike and walk in the City. BPAC
will receive regular updates and engage on the School Trave Fellowship Program.

No emails have been received from the public.
4) COMMITTEE COMMENTS
None.

5) STAFF COMMENTS
Secretary Espiritu provided a target date for the Active South City Bike and Ped Master Plan Update. Alta Planning is finalizing the Draft Plan for public comments. The immediate next steps are to return to BPAC in the new year for a study
session and initiate Public Comment period. This item is to be schedule in January or February for BPAC.
