AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.52.070 OF THE
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE AND SECTION
2.1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 79 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING A FREE PUBLIC LIBRARY IN AND FOR
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO," AS AMENDED BY
ORDINANCE NO. 680, AND AMENDING SECTION 6 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 708 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE ESTAB-
LISHING A FREE PUBLIC LIBRARY IN AND FOR THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND AMENDING ORD-
INANCE NO. 79 ADOPTED JULY 20, 1914"
FOLLOWS:
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1. SECTION 2.52.070 OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL
CODE AND SECTION 2.1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 79, AS AMENDED
BY ORDINANCE NO. 680, AND SECTION 6 OF ORDINANCE NO.
708 AMENDED.
Section 2.52.070 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code and Section
2.1 of Ordinance No. 79, as amended by Ordinance No. 680, and Section 6 of
Ordinance No. 708, are hereby amended to read as follows:
"Board of Trustees Compensation - Trustees shall
each receive for their services compensation in
the amount of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per
month."
SECTION 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be published once in the Enterprise-Journal, a
newspaper of general circulation in the City of South San Francisco, as required
by law, and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.
