THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH~NCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. SECTIONS 2.1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 353 AND 20.12.010 OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE AMENDED.
Sections 2.1 of Ordinance No. 353, as amended, and 20.12.010 of the
South San Francisco Municipal Code are hereby amended by adding to the
districts listed therein, "Residential Planned Development Zone District."
SECTION 2. SECTIONS 2.2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 353 AND 20.12.020 OF
THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE AND THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AMENDED.
Sections 2.2 of Ordinance No. 353 as amended, and 20.12.020 of the
South San Francisco Municipal Code and the Map entitled "Official Zoning
Map of the City of South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California",
dated April 22, 1975, as amended, are hereby amended so that the property
hereinafter described in Section 4 shall be established as an "RPD-15"
Residential Planned Development Zone District.
SECTION 3. DELINEATION OF ZONING MAP
The designation, location and boundary of the properties herein zoned
and hereinafter more part~icularly described shall be delineated upon the map
entitled "Official Zoning Map of the City of South San Francisco, San Mateo
County, California", dated April 22, 1975, as amended.
SECTION 4. ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONING CLASSIFICATION.
The following described property is hereby zoned and established as
an "RPD-15" Residential Planned Development Zone District:

AMENDMENT OF ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA
This Zoning Map is adopted as part of Ordinance No. 922-83, which amends
Sections 2.1 and 2.2 of Ordinance No. 353 known as the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of South San Francisco, and Sections 20.12.010 and 20.12.020
of the South San Francisco Municipal Code.

SECTION 5. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE:
This Ordinance shall be published once in the Enterprise-Journal, a
newspaper of general circulation in the City of South San Francisco, as
required by law, and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after
its adoption.
Introduced this 4th day of May , 1983.
Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco this 18th day of May , 1983, by the following vote:
