AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 15.24.060
OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCOI MUNICIPAL CODE
AND SECTION 3, SUBSECTION 4.108 OF ORDI-
NANCE NO. 848 ENTITLED THE "FIRE CODE ORDI-
NANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF SECTION 15.24.060 OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNI-
CIPAL CODE AND SECTION 3, SUBSECTION 4.108 OF ORDINANCE NO. 848
Section 15.24.060 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code and
Section 3, Subsection 4.108 of Ordinance No. 848 are hereby amended to read as
follows:
"15.24.060 Section 4.108 Added - Permit Fees.
Section 4~108 is added and shall read as follows:
"The fees for issuance of permits required by this Code
shall be as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference."
SECTION 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be published once as required by law in the
Enterprise Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South San
Francisco, and shall take effect thirty (30) days following its adoption.
