AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 15.16.090
OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE
WHICH ADDED SECTION 304 TO THE UNIFORM
MECHANICAL CODE
FOLLOWS:
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF SECTION 15.16.090 OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
MUNICIPAL CODE ADDING SECTION 304 TO THE UNIFORM MECHANICAL
CODE
Section 15.16.090 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"15.06.090 Section 304 Added - Permit Fees
Section 304. Permit fees.
Any person desiring a permit required by this code, shall,
at the time of filing an application therefor, pay a fee as
set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference."
SECCTION 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be published once as required by law
in the Enterprise Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South
San Francisco, and shall take effect thirty (30) days following its adoption.
Introduced this 5th day of October , 1983.
Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco
at a ro~ular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
this 19th day of October , 1983, by the following vote:
