AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 15.12.050
OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE
AND SECTION II, SUBSECTION 20.7 OF ORDI-
NANCE NO. 757 PROVIDING FOR FEES RELATED
TO THE UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF SECTION 15.12.050 OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
MUNICIPAL CODE AND SECTION II, SUBSECTION 20.7 OF ORDINANCE
N0'757
Section 15.12~050 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code
and Section II, Subsection 20.7 of Ordinance No. 757 are hereby amended to read
as follows:
"The schedule of fees for this Chapter shall be as set forth
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference."
SECTION 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be published once as required by law
in the Enterprise Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South
San Francisco, and shall take effect thirty (30) days following its adoption.
Introduced this 5th day of October , 1983.
Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco
at a r~gular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
this l~fh day of October , 1983, by the following vote:
