AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 15.20.190
OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE
AND SECION II, SUBSECTION 90-24 OF ORDI-
NANCE NO. 718 RELATED TO THE NATIONAL
ELECTRICAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
AMENDMENT OF SECTION 15.20.190 OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
MUNICIPAL CODE AND SECTION II, SUBSECTION 90-24 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 718
Section 15.20.190 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code and
those portions of Section II of Ordinance 718, which added Section 90-24 to the
National Electrical Code, are hereby amended to read as follows:
"Each applicant shall pay to the Building Inspection Division
for each permit issued and at the time of issuance, a fee in
accordance with the schedule of fees applicable to this chapter
as set forth in Exhibit "A" attched hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference."
SECTION 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall be published once as required by law in the
Enterprise Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South San
Francisco, and shall take effect thirty (30) days following its adoption.
Introduced this 5th day of October , 1983.
Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 19th
day of October , 1983 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Ronald G. Acosta, Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damonte,
Gus Nicolopulos; and Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
