RESOLUTION NO. 17-2006
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 323 MILLER
AVENUE IN THE AMOUNT OF $700,000.
WHEREAS, staff recomlnends that the Redevelopn1ent Agency approve the
Purchase and Sale Agreelnent for acquisition of the property located at 323 Miller
Avenue in the mnount of $700,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redeveloplnent Agency of the
City of South San Francisco that the Redeveloplnent Agency hereby approves the
Purchase and Sale agreelnent for propeliy located at 323 Miller Avenue in the amount of
$700,000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director is hereby authorized
to execute the agreelnent and the certificate of acceptance on behalf of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco.
