AN ORDINANCe.AMENDING SECTION 2.08.050
OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL
CODE AND SECTION V OF ORDINANCE NO. 614
ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO PROHIBITING THE
GIVING OR RECEIVING OF CERTAIN CAMPAIGN
CONTRIBUTIONS" AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCES
685 AND 840
SECTION 1. SECTION 2.08.050 OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE
AND SECTION V OF ORDINANCE NO. 614 AMENDED.
Section 2.08.050 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code
and Section V of Ordinance No, 614, as amended by Ordinances No. 685 and 840, are
hereby amended to read as follows:
"Penalty for Violation. Any person convicted of a violation
of this Chapter shall be punished as set forth in Section 1.24.020 of this Code
as that Section is constituted at the time the offense is committed."
SECTION 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be published once as required by law
in the Enterprise Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South
San Francisco, and shall take effect thirty (30) days follOwing its adoption.

at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
