AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 20.18.030A6
OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. SUBSECTION 20.18.030A6 AMENDED.
Subsection 20.18.030A6 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"6. Off-street parking requirements.
One off-street parking space shall be required for the second
unit in addition to any off-street parking spaces required
for the primary unit by Chapter 20.52 of this Code, as
amended from time to time."
SECTION 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be published once in the Enterprise-Journal, a
newspaper of general circulation in the City of South San Francisco, as re-
quired by law, and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after its
adoption.

Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
this 14th day of March , 1984 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damonte, Richard A. Haffey;
and Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES: Councilmember Gus Nicolopulos
ABSENT: None
