AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 2.18.030 TO THE
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE PROVIDING
FOR AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTIO~ 1.
SECTION 2.18.030 ADDED TO THE SOUTlt SAN FRANCICO MUNICIPAL
CODE.
There is hereby added to the South San Francisco Municipal Code Section
2.18.030, which shall read as follows:
"2.18.030 Industrial Development Authority. The City Council hereby
declares as follows:
A~ That there exists the need for the Industrial Development Authority
to function in the City of South San Francisco.
B~ That the Industrial Development Authority is established pursuant to
and shall function in accordance with the California Industrial Development
Financing Act (Commencing with Government Code Section 91500)~"
SECTION 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE~
This Ordinance shall be published once in the'Enterprise-Journal, a
newspaper of general circulation in the City of South San Franciscg, as
required by law~ and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after
its adoption.
Introduced this 14th day of March
, 1984.
Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
this 28thday of March , 1984, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damonte, Richard A. Haffey,
Gus Nicolopulos; and Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
