AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 20.66.030 AND 20.66.050
OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE AND SECTION
4.42 OF ORDINANCE NO. 353 ENTITLED "THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO" AS AMENDED BY
ORDINANCE NO.'s 553 AND 712
SECTION 1. SECTION 20.66.030 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE AND SECTION 4.42 OF
ORDINANCE 353 AMENDED
Section 20.66.030 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code and Section 4.42
of Ordinance No. 353 as amended by Ordinances No. 553 and 712 are hereby amended
to read as follows:
"20.66.030 - Establishment - Application. Application for establishment
of uses permitted in P-C-M districts pursuant to Sections 20.66.050 and
20.66.045 shall be accompanied by architectural, site development, and
landscaping drawings including any plans for future expansion."
SECTION 2. SECTION 20.66.050 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE AMENDED.
Section 20.66.050 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code is hereby amended
to add Subsection G thereto, which shall read as follows:
"G. Theaters."
SECTION 3. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be published once in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper
of general circulation in the City of South San Francisco, as required by law, and
shall become effective thirty days from and after its adoption.

regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 25th
April , 1984 by the following vote:

Gus Nicolopulos; and Roberta Cerri Teqlia
