AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 20.72.280
OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE
AND SECTION 5.6(g) OF ORDINANCE NO. 353
ENTITLED "THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO" AS AMENDED
BY ORDINANCE NO. 684
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. SECTION 20.72.280 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE AND SECTION 5.6(g) OF ORDINANCE NO. 353 REPEALED
Section 20.72.280 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code and Section
5.6(g) of Ordinance No. 353 entitled "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of South
San Francisco" as amended by Ordinance No. 684 are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be published once in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper
of general circulation in the City of South San Francisco, as required by law, and
shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.
Introduced this 13thday of June , 1984.
Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco at a
reqular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
this 27th day of June , 1984, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damonte, Richard A. Haffe¥,
Gus Nicolopulos; and Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
