AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 20.08.115
AND SUBSECTION 20.66.050H TO THE SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE
(USES PERMITTED IN PCM ZONE)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. SECTION 20.08.115 ADDED.
Section 20.08.115 is hereby added to the South San Francisco
Municipal Code and shall read as follows:
"20.08.115 Dinner House Restaurant. "Dinner House Restaurant" means an
eating establishment serving prepared food for consumption on the premises and
which generally has a customer turnover rate of one hour or longer ."
SECTION 2. SUBSECTION 20.66.050H ADDED.
Subsection 20.66.050H is hereby added to the South San Francisco
Municipal Code and shall read as follows:
"H. Dinner House Restaurants"
SECTION 3. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be published once with the names of those
City Council members voting for and against the Ordinance, in the Enterprise-
Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South San Francisco,
as required by law, and shall become effective thirty days from and after its
adoption.
Introduced this 26th day of September , 1984.
Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this lOth
day of Ortnhmr , 1984 by the following vote:
