AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 3.12.010A7 OF THE
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE AND SUBSECTION
6A(7) OF ORDINANCE 449, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO RECREATING AND RE-
ESTABLISHING A PERSONNEL SYSTEM FOR THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 216
AND ALL INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES"
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco Does Ordain as Follows:
Section 1. Subsection 3.12.010A7 of the Municipal Code, and Subsection 6A(7) of Ordinance No. 449 Amended.
Subsection 3.12.010A7 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code and Subesction
6A(7) of Ordinance No. 449 as amended from time to time are hereby amended to add
the following employment classification:
"Assistant Electrician/Mechanic, W.Q.C.P.:" and
to delete the following employment classification:
"Equipment Operator/Serviceworker, W.Q.C.P."
Section 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be published once with the names of those City Council
members voting for and against the Ordinance in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper
of general circulation in the City of South San Francisco, as required by law, and
shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.
Introduced this lOth day of October , 1984.
Passed and adopted as an ordinance of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 24th' day of
October , 1984 by the following vote.
