AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 3.12.010A5 OF THE
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE AND SUBSECTION
6A(5) OF ORDINANCE 449, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO RECREATING AND RE-
ESTABLISHING A PERSONNEL SYSTEM FOR THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 216
AND ALL INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES"
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco Does Ordain
as follows:
Section 1. Subsection 3.12.010A~ of the Municipal Code, and
Subsection 6A(5) of Ordinance No. 449 Amended.
Subsection 3.12.010A5 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code and
Subsection 6A(5) of Ordinance No. 449 as amended from time to time are
hereby amended to add the following employment classification:
"superintendent of Facilities Maintenance"
Section 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall beipublished once with the names of those City
Council members voting for and against'the Ordinance in the Enterprise-
Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South San
Francisco, as required by law, and shall become effective thirty (30) days
from and after its adoption.
Introduced this 19th day of November, 1984.
Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
this 28th day of November , 1984 by the fol'lowing vote.
