AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 2.64.050A OF THE
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE AND SUBSECTION
4.1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 709 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING A PARKING PLACE COMMISSION PURSUANT
TO STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE SECTION 35550, ET SEQ."
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. SUBSECTION 2.64.050A OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE AND SECTION 4.1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 709 AMENDED
The first sentence of Subsection 2.64.050A of the South San Francisco Municipal
Code and the first sentence of Subsection 4.1 of Ordinance No. 709, as amended by
Ordinance No. 760, are hereby amended to read as follows:
"The Commission shall meet on the second Tuesday of each month at 5:00 p.m.,
in the Council Conference Room, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, California,
except that in the case of necessity or emergency the Chairman or two (2) Com-
missioners may designate an alternate meeting place within the corporate limits
of the City, with legal notice thereof to be given at least twenty-four {24) hours
prior to the time of said meeting".
SECTION 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be published once, with the names of those City Council
members voting for or against the Ordinance, in the Enterprise-Journal, a news-
paper of general circulation in the City of South San Francisco, as required by
law, and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.

Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco at a
reqular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
this 23rd day of January , 19 85 , by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Mark N. Addie~o, Emanuele N. Damonte, Richard A. Haff~y,
Gus Nicolo~ulos; and.Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
As Mayor of the City of South San Francisco, I do hereby approve the foregoing
