AN ORDINANCE AHENDING SUBSECTION 3.12.010
A(1) AND B OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
MUNICIPAL CODE AND SUBSECTIONS 6(A) AND 6B
OF ORDINANCE 449, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE
RECREATING AND RE-ESTABLISHING A PERSONNEL
SYSTEM FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AND REPEALING ORDINANCE 216 AND ALL INCON-
SISTENT ORDINANCES"
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco Does Ordain as
follows:
Section 1. Subsection 3.12.010A(1) of the Municipal Code, and
Subsection 6A(1) of Ordinance 449 Amended.
Subsection 3.12.010A(1) of the South San Francisco Municipal Code and
Subsection 6A(1) of Ordinance 449 as amended from time to time are hereby
amended to delete the following employment classification:
"Executive Secretary"
Section 2. Subsection 3.12.010B of the Municipal Code, and
Subsection 6B of Ordinance 449 Amended.
Subsection 3.12.010B of the South San Francisco Municipal Code and
Subsection 6B of Ordinance 449 as amended from time to time are hereby
amended to add the following employment classification:
"Secretary to the City Hanager"
Section 3. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall be published once with the names of
those City Council Members voting for and against the Ordinance in the
Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South
San Francisco, as required by law, and shall become effective thirty (30)
days from and after it's adoption.
Introduced this 13th day of February 1985. Passed and adopted as
an Ordinance of South San Francisco at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco this 27th day of February 1985
by the following vote:

ABSENT: None
As Mayor of the City of South San Francisco, I do hereby approve the
foregoing Ordinance this 27th day of February , 1985
