AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 353
AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO," SECTION 20.12.020 OF THE SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE, AND THE MAP ENTITLED
"OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA" DATED APRIL 22, 1975, AS
AMENDED, AND REZONINGA 25,252 SQ. FT. PARCEL OF LAND
LOCATED ON THE WESTERLY SIDE OF ALIDA WAY, SOUTH OF
PONDEROSA SCHOOL, TO "R-I" SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. SECTIONS 2.2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 353 AND 20.12.020 OF THE SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE AND THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AMENDED.
Sections 2.2 of Ordinance No. 353 as amended, and 20.12.020 of
South San Francisco Municipal Code and the Map entitled "Official Zoning Map of
the City of South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California," dated April 22,
1975, as amended, are hereby amended so that the property described in Section
3 shall be established as "R-I" Sinqle Family Residential. ·
SECTION 2. DELINEATION OF ZONING MAP.
The designation, location and boundary of the properties herein
zoned and hereinafter more particularly described shall be delineated upon the
map entitled "Official Zoning Map of the City of South San Francisco, San Mateo
County, California, dated April 22, 1975, as amended.
SECTION 3. ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONING CLASSIFICATION.
The following described property is hereby zoned and established
as "R-I" Single Family Residential :

RZ-85-78: Shaded area rezoned from "U" to "R-l" .
AMENDMENT OF ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA
This Zoning Map is adopted as part of Ordinance No. 979-85 , which amends
Section 2.2. of Ordinance No. 353 knoWn as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
South San Francisco, and Section 20.12.020 of the South San Francisco Municipal
Code.
We hereby certify that the Planning
Commission approved, adopted and
recommended this Zoning Map on the

This Ordinance shall be publ. ished once, with th'e names of those City Council
members voting for or agai. nst the Ordinance, in the Enterprise-Journal, a news-
paper of genera.1 circulation in the City of South San Francisco, as required
by law, and shall'become effective thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.
