HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 980-1985 ORDINANCE NO. 980-85 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX A TO ORDINANCE NO. 827 ENTITLED "MODEL CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE" DESIGNATING NEW POSITIONS AND APPLICABLE DISCLOSURE CATEGORIES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. APPENDIX A OF ORDINANCE NO. 827 AMENDED Appendix A to Ordinance No. 827 is hereby amended to add Section 1.7, which shall read as follows: "DESIGNATED POSITIONS DISCLOSURE CATEGORY 1.7 Historic Preservation Commission 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7". SECTION 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall be published once, with the names of those City Council members voting for or against it, in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South San Francisco, as required by law, and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.
