AN ORDINANCE ~AMENDING SECTION '3.~12.010A. 1 AND B
OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE AND SUB-
SECTIONS 6.A.(1) AND 6.B. OF ORDINANCE ~$z~9¥AS AMEND-
ED, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO RECREATING AND RE-ESTABLISHING A
PERSONNEL SYSTEM FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AND REPEALING ORDINANCE 216 AND ALL INCONSISTENT
ORDINANCES."
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco Does Ordain as
fo 11 ows:
Section 1. Section 3.12.010A. 1 of the South San Francisco Mun-
icipal Code and Subsection 6.A.(1) of Ordinance 449
Amen d6d.
Section 3.12.010A. 1 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code and
Subsection 6.A.(1) of Ordinance 449 as amended from time to time are hereby
amended to delete the following employment classification:
"Administrative Secretary"
Section 2. Section 3.12.010B. of the South San Francisco Municipal
Code and Subsection 6.B. of Ordinance 449 Amended.
SeCtion 3.12~010B of the South' San FnaNcisco Municipal COde ~and
Subsection 6.B. of Ordinance 449 as amended from time to time are hereby
amended to add the following employment classification:
"Secretary II - City r.lanager's Office"
Section 3. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall be published once with the names of those City
Council ~lembers Voting for or against the Ordinance in the Enterprise - Journal,
a newspaper of oeneral circulation in the City of South San Francisco, as re-
quired by law, and shall become effective 30 days from and after its adoption.
Introduced this lOth
day of July , 1985.
Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of South San Francisco at an
adjourned reqular meeting of the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco this 17th day of July , 1985 by
the following vote.
