AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.74.030
OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE
PERTAINING TO THE PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR
ADDITIONS TO EXISTING DWELLINGS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Subsection 20.74.030(b)(2) is hereby amended to read:
Section 20.74.030 Exceptions to Requirements
(b) Additions to Existing Dwelling Units
(2) If there is one off-street space per unit existing,
then an addition resulting in a total of up to one
thousand eight hundred square feet per unit, and up
to a total of three bedrooms per unit shall be permitted.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be published once as required by law in
the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South
San Francisco, and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after the
date of adoption.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, held the 27 day of May , 19 87 .
Adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, held the lOth
day of June , 19 87 , by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers John "Jack" Draqo, Richard A. Haffe¥, Gus Nicolopulos,
Roberta Cerri Teqlia, and Mark N. Addieqo

ABSTAIN: None
