AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 2.80 ENTITLED
"CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE" FROM THE SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH. SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 2.80 repealed.
Chapter 2.80 (Ordinance No. 827, as amended) entitled Conflict of Interest
is hereby repealed, except that this repeal shall not affect or prevent prose-
cution or punishment of any person for any act done or omitted in violation of
that Chapter prior to the effective date of this Ordinance.
Future Conflict of Interest Code provisions shall be handled by Council
Resolution.
SECTION 2. Publication and Effective Date.
This ordinance shall be published once in the Enterprise-Journal, a news-
paper of general circulation in the City of South San Francisco, as required by
law, and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, held the 9th day of December , 19 87 .
Adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, held the 16th
day of December , 19 87 , by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Richard A. Ha.ffey, Gus Nicolopulos~ Roberta Cerri
'Teglia, and Jack Drago
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: :Councilmember Mark N. Addiego
