AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 15.24.090
ENTITLED "FIREWORKS" FROM THE SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 15.24.090 repealed.
Section 15.24.090 relating to the sale, possession and use of safe and sane
fireworks is hereby repealed, except that this repeal shall not affect or prevent
prosecution or punishment of any person for any act done or omitted in violation
of that Section prior to the effective date of this ordinance.
SECTION 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE
This ordinance shall be published once, with the names of those City Council
members voting for or against it, in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of
general circulation in the City of South San Francisco, as required by law, and
shall become effective July 5, 1989.
