AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 6.84 OF THE SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO THE
SALE OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA TO MINORS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 6.84 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code Repealed.
Chapter 6.84 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code (Ordinance No. 812)
is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE
This ordinance shall be published once, with the names of those City Council
members voting for or against it, in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of
general circulation in the City of South San Francisco, as required by law, and
shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, held the 26th day of October , 1988.
Adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, held the 9th
day of November , 1988, by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos,
Roberta Cerri Teqlia, and Mayor Jack Drago

ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
