1. Motion to approve the minutes of February 14 and 28, 2007
2. Motion to confirm expense c:laims of March 14,2007 in the amount of$I,673,362.36
Motion-Addiego/Second-Gonzalez: To approve the Consent Calendar as submitted.
Unanimously approved by voice vote.
CLOSED SESSION
3. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8 real property negotiations related to 80
Chestnut Avenue, 161 South Spruce Avenue, 306 Spruce Avenue, 344 Grand Avenue,
and 415-417 Grand Avenue; Agency Negotiator: Assistant Director Van Duyn
Time entered into Closed Session:
7:06 p.m.
Boardmember Addiego attended the Closed Session related to 80 Chestnut A venue and
recused himself from all other items due to a conflict.
