AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO TO REZONE
PROPERTIES ON SOUTH AIRPORT BOULEVARD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1
Zoning District Map Amended
The Zoning District map of the City of South San Francisco which is incorporated
by reference into the South San Francisco Municipal Code by Section 20.04.020 of
the code is hereby amended to reflect the rezoning of the following parcels from
Planned Industrial to Planned Commercial:
1}
2.36 acres more or less, northwesterly portion of
parcels 15 and 18, Assessor's Map of South San
Francisco 28; APN 015-173-040.
2}
Parcel A, 1.28 acres more or less, parcel map
Volume 5/29; APN 015-173-080.
3)
4.687 acres more or less, portion of Parcel BPM,
Volume 5/29; APN 015-173-150.
SECTION 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE
This ordinance shall be published once, with the names of those City Council
members voting for or against it, in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of
general circulation in the City of South San Francisco, as required by law, and
shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco, held the 26th day of July , 1989.
Adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, held the 9th
day of Auqust , 1989, by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Jack Drago, Richard A. Haffey,
Gus Nicolopulos, and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES: No ne
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
